In the past I have bought two vehicles from Lasco Ford and this time they had no vehicles I was interested in. I was very nervous about buying a used car from Randy Wise but was very surprised how the sales people were not pushy and very nice. Bryan was my sales man and he was very easy to work with. After looking online for weeks I finally found everything I wanted in a car and the milage was right and the price was right. After purchasing the 2006 Buick Rendevous I noticed the power outlets did not work in the car then 2 days later the service engine light came on. I called the service dept and they said to bring it in in the morning so I did and the service men were great and quick they took a look and then came to the waiting room and actually brought me to my car and explained that the service engine light was due to me not twisting the gas cap enough and showed me what to do. Then they actually showed me where the fuse box was under the hood of my car and what fuse they replaced to make my outlets work. I have never had a service person show me in depth what they did and if the fuse blows again this is what you do. Absolutely loved it. So far I would for sure recommend the Fenton Randy Wise Dealership to everyone looking to buy a car. If this dealership keeps up the great service in the future I will continue to buy cars from them. I took in my 2008 Chevrolet Equinox for an oil change and to point out the noise I'm hearing to the mechanic. The mechanic didn't think I had anything to worry about with the noise (hopefully it is nothing and hopefully doesn't turn into something after warrenty is up). Brought in 2012 Buick LaCrosse for warranty work. There was a high pitch sound once the car warmed up and was in motion. It took about a week and a half to resolve the issue. The staff was courteous and kept me up to date as they worked to resolve the issue. On May 7, 2013, I met Robert Klockziem and Nick Porriett at the Fenton Randy Wise lot. Both are wonderful people and extremely helpful. They listened to what I wanted and said plus worked with me on the car I wanted along with a good payment. I would recommend these two guys in a heart beat. They are professional and very helpful even while making you laugh. Robert stayed with me the whole time while waiting on the financial end of things to get sorted out. He gave me a tour of the building to help pass time. He even bought me a pop and chips. He had me laughing the whole time. Time flew by. I feel like not only did I get a great deal on a great car, but I had beyond amazing service.
