When I picked up my vehicle after a battery replacement, oil change and tire rotation, I was simply handed my keys with no other comments. After starting the truck, the check tire light was on. Thinking it was something that could easily be reset, I drove home. After doing research and talking with the service advisor, it was determined that 3 tire sensors had probably just failed. I then spoke with the service manager and came to the agreement that A) the service technician should have notified me of the problem when I picked up the truck and B) the battery dying could be a factor. He arranged to have the truck picked up and looked at again. As promised the truck was picked up and rechecked at the dealership. Unfortunately, the problem persists and I must look into replacing the sensors. The bottom line is that the technician fell unacceptably short but the service manager did all that I could expect to resolve the situation. My decades of loyalty are intact, but my level of confidence in your service is shaken.

Called to see if another time was available and the guy in service said just get here as soon as you can and we'll get it taken care of for you. Really nice service from your employee I asked to have my car washed and I totally assumed I would be charged for that and it was free. I was not hassled or lectured about going so far over my recommended oil change miles I appreciate that also they didn't try to upsell me on any filters or anything like that! The only issue experienced was the wait for financing, but I believe the finance person had to step out for a while. Also, this is only the 2nd new vehicle I've ever purchased, so maybe this is usual. We were at the dealership for about 5 hours total, and very hungry!

The Service Dept personnel are friendly, helpful and efficient. Christmas movies were playing on the TV, while I waited for my car.

Went for oil change and tire rotation- Didn't even get half way home when a banner came across the speedometer stating service tire system monitor with a flashing yellow horseshoe shaped image with an exclamation point in it. Had to call dealership and go back to Fenton to get it taken care of.

The Randy Wise Fenton service team is consistently A+. But the online appt scheduling system has serious problems. It was all easy and perfect-looking at my end and I got a appt confirmation text. But it then apparently fell into a black hole, as I found out when I showed up. Fortunately the service team could fit me in and it turned out very well by luck, but these IT system failures can cause serious aggravation for all.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and an exhaust leak. It’s all fixed now and good to go.

I couldn't be more please with your service department. I called for service, and spoke with with a very pleasant lady, who set me up with a date and time that worked for me. On the date of service I put my car in the driveway, and as stated, I received a call from a gentleman named Roger who said he was here to pickup my car. In 2 hrs I received another call from Roger stating that the service was finished, and asked me where I wanted my car parked. I've had fantastic service for the past 3 years, and because of this service, I'll be picking up my new car from them in June. I'd like to say "Thank you" to the entire service department for taking such great care of senior citizens like me.

I came in for brakes all way around, tire monitor system and Stabiltrac message on the dash....week of October 9th. Paid $1100 in parts $1200 in labor for a days work. Two weeks later both lights are back on and brakes screeching very loudly. Two more tire sensors and the hushed my brakes. And The Stabilitrac is still on. I appreciate the effort that was made by the staff but my car does need one more once over for the Stabiltrac popping on after my car goes into Auto Stop...when it kicks back in, the Stabilitrac Service Soon lights up. It only happens after an Auto Stop. What I mean by Auto Stop is (example:) I'm sitting at the traffic light and the car goes completely off meaning Auto Stop and then when it's time to move forward and I let my foot up off the brake to press the gas. The car restarts and during the restart is when the Service Stabilitrac light pops up and the car does a thing.

We brought our car in for the cold weather and it be a diesel. Our service guy Dunn had no idea why there was 10 of them in there, but he would call us on Monday to tell us what’s going on. I was told our car was fixed and it still needed another item to be fixed when I got there, he gave me two pieces of paper telling him that I needed to plug in my car and put an additive into the diesel for treatment he said I should’ve read my manual. I did call my sales rep tim and he said he’ll get back with us with a rental for the week but never did. We’ve been customers for a long time about many vehicles there very disappointing in the service and the follow up.

Brought vehicle for what seemed to be a draft on front passenger side. Thought maybe the seal was not tight. Met by service personnel as I entered and he knew why I was there. Don was very pleasant and made sure that he would check everything out to be sure the issue was addressed and it was.

Timely and professional

It was the end of the day scheduled oil change and tire rotation. This was the first time that I couldn’t schedule through the app. I had to call .

As always, the service was great. Thanks for always being there for the Customers and their needs. I also mentioned somehow when service did my last Tire Rotation someone lost one of my Locking lugs and the Service manager agreed to give me a whole new set. Again, I really appreciate the way your dealership treats its clients.

When I went to test drive the vehicle I was interested in, the exterior clearly hadn't been washed in weeks, but was told it would be washed when I took ownership. I returned the next day to finish the purchase, the vehicle was washed and "detailed". That's when I found at least 7 areas of large scratches on the car, both sides, front and back, that the detailer missed or disregarded. I was told that they wouldn't be able to fix the scratches for nearly a month, and that I would have to bring the car back, get a loaner, then come back again and finally get my car, which means another 3-4 hours out of my life because they sold me a scratched-up brand new car hidden under a month's worth of dirt. The salesman was fine and the car is otherwise fine, but frankly this was sloppy execution on the part of the dealership.

I brought my car in for a coolant leak and it was repaired the next day. Service was great.

Everyone made the process super easy and was a pleasure to work with. I had a couple recent bad experiences at other GMC dealers and that was not the case here! Kristin and Brad in Sales were great and I think Jean ( may be wrong on the name, sorry) in Finance was also great!

Came in for an oil change & purchased three oil change package. Left dealership after oil change, truck was sluggish. Went home after the oil change (was done on a Friday). Did not drive truck again until Saturday. Again, sluggish-hesitant as I started up from a stop. No codes being thrown. Pop the hood to take a look and find the air box ( where the air filter is stored) not closed back up. We reattached everything. Still not throwing a code but still sluggish from a stop. Called that Monday advised my service advisor. He had me bring it up. Showed him pictures. They looked at it. Confirmed no codes showing. Truck still not running right. No issues before oil change, after oil change different story. Was a loyal customer for fifteen plus years until an issue with a purchase of a vehicle. Decided after a couple of years to try the dealership again and get type of service. Stuck with dealership until I’m done using my oil changes that were purchased.

It is terrible that top management treats a new car sales person as if they are not part of the sales staff. It makes a lot of customers disrespect the Randy Wise leadership.

I usually rate Randy Wise Service department as excellent, but the last couple of times unfortunately the person that I scheduled the appointment with has not displayed good customer service. Was short with me on the phone. Normally, I would not say anything but this was my second encounter. It makes me hesitant on using Randy Wise for service.

I would travel to Fenton Michigan from Howell Michigan anytime, whether it's for service or interested in purchasing a new vehicle. .

We are very happy with the work done by the Collision staff. Estimate was true and amount of time they needed the car was as stated. I had to call for updates as I had to coordinate a return ride. I would have appreciated a more proactive approach.

I thought 1 hour and 20 minutes was a long time for oil change and tire rotation.

Service Personnel/Techs were very professional and personable as well. Tech took extra time to explain New manual on Terrain, which was very much appreciated. Only issue was that one of the tire pressures was not reset on the left rear tire, which resulted in having to go to Wise Chevrolet in Flint to take care of the problem. We live in Flushing, so traveling back to Fenton for this brief service to remedy did not make sense due to higher fuel costs and time. Wise Chevrolet in Flint was very accommodating and took care of the problem right away.

The service was fast, but lights came on my dash after service. Is it related, I do not know, but all of a sudden I have 1200 in repairs that need to be done. I took a car in with no problems for a regular oil change. Nothing was noted except to watch the break pads.

Was disappointed that nobody came to tell me when my car was done. I finally left the waiting room and addressed the service member. My car had been done and was sitting out I the parking lot. Very vague discription about what was wrong with it. Usually the service member walks me to the door and opens it for me. This guy just pointed at my car. It was almost like he was mad at me!

They did not complete the work as requested. They did not check if the work was completed as requested. The vehicle was at the dealership and me without a car for a total of four days. Two of which could have been avoided. I selected this dealership for the warranty repairs because it is where I bought it even though it was 30 minutes farther than the closest dealership. Not again.

Paying for the Wise Care package is worthwhile in terms of efficiency, as the service gets customers in and out quickly. However, I do not understand why additional services, such as the car wash, are offered if they are not completed properly. When I brought up concerns about the quality of the wash, the response from employees was that it is “just a quick service.” That gives the impression that this part of the service is not treated with the same level of care or professionalism. As a result, customers are left needing to rewash their vehicles elsewhere to have the job done correctly. If a service is being advertised and included as part of a package, it should meet a reasonable standard of quality.

poor customer service, very recent purchase had broken stabilizer arm was not explained anything told sales lady i kinda understood and she just said well your warranty covered all of it but the tire it has slow leak from a nail and it’s 35 dollars wth belle tire is free i just bought the car from you??? i questioned it and she said well you can ask the guy who sold you the car at to pay for it? I have to wait to get my car fixed because they have to order part, hope no more damage is done or i done get into accident. I was not offered anything not even a guarantee more damage wouldn’t happen driving my car the way it is or or an estimate of when the part would be in. Feel sick to my stomach when i think about it, all my friends have had absolutely awesome used car buying stories, mine is a nightmare.
