When I picked up my vehicle after a battery replacement, oil change and tire rotation, I was simply handed my keys with no other comments. After starting the truck, the check tire light was on. Thinking it was something that could easily be reset, I drove home. After doing research and talking with the service advisor, it was determined that 3 tire sensors had probably just failed. I then spoke with the service manager and came to the agreement that A) the service technician should have notified me of the problem when I picked up the truck and B) the battery dying could be a factor. He arranged to have the truck picked up and looked at again. As promised the truck was picked up and rechecked at the dealership. Unfortunately, the problem persists and I must look into replacing the sensors. The bottom line is that the technician fell unacceptably short but the service manager did all that I could expect to resolve the situation. My decades of loyalty are intact, but my level of confidence in your service is shaken.

I am very unhappy with the service department at Randy Wise. First of all, you charge me extra dollars to pay my bill with credit card, that was not disclosed at time of cashing out. Secondly, I do not believe that your technicians really did what they claimed to do with regard to the repair of my tail light. First they told me they inspected the entire wiring system applying to the tail light , and then after the part they ordered didn't fix the problem, they disclosed a connection problem which should have been diagnosed in the beginning. They had my car for 3 days, it should not have taken that long, and I left with my vehicle still not fixed, because I refused to pay an additional 500 plus dollars for something that should have been disclosed the first time.

I get treated very well at your dealership

I have purchased quite a few cars over the last few years, and this experience was by far the best and smoothest I have ever had. I think I was inside the dealership talking with Nick less than 3 minutes. He knew what I wanted and did his best to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. There was a small glitch with the different trims but start to finish, I had the Terrain I wanted within 3 days. Color, buttons, and fancy tech - all the bells I wanted is what I drove off with after spending 30 minutes inside signing and talking about the car. I 100% would buy another car from Randy Wise Buick GMC and Nick Ruffolo

It was easy to fill out the credit application. The GM videos of different models helped narrow down my choices. Kristin, a salesperson from the Fenton, MI Wise dealership, contacted me the next morning, and we set up an appointment to test drive vehicles. The receptionist at the Wise dealership was friendly and engaging. Kristin was knowledgeable about the different models of cars. We took several cars out for test drives. I decided on a Buick Envision. The process to purchase it, went faster than any dealership I have ever used. I traded in a vehicle and was given a good offer. Kristin helped me learn many of the features of the Envision and set up apps. She even took the license plate off the trade-in vehicle and put it on the new Envision. Kristin called me the next day to see if I needed any further help.

I brought my car in for the first oil change & tire rotation. I also needed a reapplication of Crystal Fusion done in the windshield. Jenny made sure all was done and promptly texted me to let me know my car was ready for pick up.

I feel my diagnostic fee of $150 should have been covered with my extended warranty. I had to have Oil cooling lines replaced and a new battery as well. Also I was not informed prior to my arrival that there would be a 3% fee for using a credit card.

I was treated very kindly at the dealership. They took care of me quickly and got my car done quickly.

The salesperson (Michael Avery) tried to push me into an indirect loan for his Advantage after I had already told him I had my own financing for my credit union. If it wasn't for a lock on my credit files, he would have ran my credit a second time unnecessarily. I'm in the middle of trying to buy a house and could not afford to have another hit on my credit report. I found a small scratch on a wheel hub molding that I wanted to have fixed 3 days after receiving the car. It took a month and a half and several calls to finally get the car into service. I had been told during this time I would receive a call back and I did not. While the car is excellent and I'm enjoying it I don't believe I would ever purchase another one from the dealership again.

My vehicle was in an accident 11/14/24 and it was returned to me in June of 2025, it was returned to me and they somehow forgot to fix the cracked windshield so as of 6/13 it’s still in the shop. For like 4 months of it I didn’t have a rental. This is an absolutely unacceptable amount of time to fix it.

Sean made purchasing a new vehicle so easy. He was beyond professional and very helpful with all my questions and concerns. Wouldn't want to work with any other dealership for my vehicle needs. Nick was great too.

I came in for your balancing after a previous oil change and rotation. The technicians listened to my observations with the vehicle shaking while on motion. The technicians finished my service and the issues were solved.

Brody White sold me a beautiful Buick Enclave. Brody went out of his way to help me choose the right car for me. He was very attentive and took his time. I never felt rushed. Once I made my decision he started working hard getting my vehicle delivered to the dealership. I went in on a Tuesday and by Thursday he had located the color I wanted and had it by Thursday for me to pick up. I can’t say enough great things about the customer service I received. There is also Brody’s assistant Pam who showed me all the bells and whistles on my new car. She was very friendly and pleasant. I am very happy with my purchase and the service.

My AC and tire pressure monitor failed before I parked it in my driveway the first day I bought this vehicle. This dealership refused to take any accountability for these items not being checked carefully and fixed on a used vehicle prior to selling it. Being as though it’s is a used vehicle they refused to cover the repair charges. I was told and written in my contract that the rust and paint chips would be fixed, that too was not done.

Brought in my vehicle due to low PSI in the right rear tire. Constantly refilling air to obtain 35 PSI as recommended. The vehicle panel continued to claim right front tire. Wrong! The dealership obtained a nail/screw from the right rear tire. They patched/fixed that tire. Great service/work! Professional people.

One phase of my service that I was disappointed in, I asked if they greased the fittings with my oil change? She told me they did, and that she would make a note to make sure that they did it. However, when the service was complete, I checked my grease fittings, no grease just dirt. This is the second time I asked them to grease my fittings. That part of my oil change was a disappointment! Other than that all was well!

Everything worked out fine in the end, but there was a mix-up about which day my scheduled service was. We had agreed “Tuesday.” But because your appt confirmation text just says a date without a day of the week, I failed to notice that that date was actually wrong. If that text would have also said “Monday,” I would have quickly noticed the error. Please consider doing this improvement for the appt confirmation system.

Had to bring it in twice I guess so they could see it was a problem.

My sales representative Michael Oertel was delightful to work with, he communicated updates on my new vehicle in a timely fashion. I do not appreciate being 'encouraged' to fiance/lease my vehicle and being pitched a crazy number of add-on services (up to $30K if I had signed up for the whole list). Lastly, I am surprised that after spending almost $40K on a new vehicle I had to spend $85 to get an owners manual.... you should stock them in your parts department and provide to buyers who want one.

I brought my 2025 GMC Sierra in for an oil change and tire rotation. I set the appointment up on line. It was so easy. I arrived and was greeted right away by Mike Skodak. He was friendly and efficient. He took my information and I waited for it to be done. As soon as it was done Mike notified me and I was on my way!

Really nice service from your employee I asked to have my car washed and I totally assumed I would be charged for that and it was free. I was not hassled or lectured about going so far over my recommended oil change miles I appreciate that also they didn't try to upsell me on any filters or anything like that! The service advisor listened to my requests, and the service team completed them. Despite the distance to the dealership, they provided excellent round-trip transportation with great drivers.

Brought vehicle for what seemed to be a draft on front passenger side. Thought maybe the seal was not tight. Met by service personnel as I entered and he knew why I was there. Don was very pleasant and made sure that he would check everything out to be sure the issue was addressed and it was.

I didn’t know that there was maintenance due and was glad they let me know.

I came in for brakes all way around, tire monitor system and Stabiltrac message on the dash....week of October 9th. Paid $1100 in parts $1200 in labor for a days work. Two weeks later both lights are back on and brakes screeching very loudly. Two more tire sensors and the hushed my brakes. And The Stabilitrac is still on. I appreciate the effort that was made by the staff but my car does need one more once over for the Stabiltrac popping on after my car goes into Auto Stop...when it kicks back in, the Stabilitrac Service Soon lights up. It only happens after an Auto Stop. What I mean by Auto Stop is (example:) I'm sitting at the traffic light and the car goes completely off meaning Auto Stop and then when it's time to move forward and I let my foot up off the brake to press the gas. The car restarts and during the restart is when the Service Stabilitrac light pops up and the car does a thing.

Went for oil change and tire rotation- Didn't even get half way home when a banner came across the speedometer stating service tire system monitor with a flashing yellow horseshoe shaped image with an exclamation point in it. Had to call dealership and go back to Fenton to get it taken care of.

The Randy Wise Fenton service team is consistently A+. But the online appt scheduling system has serious problems. It was all easy and perfect-looking at my end and I got a appt confirmation text. But it then apparently fell into a black hole, as I found out when I showed up. Fortunately the service team could fit me in and it turned out very well by luck, but these IT system failures can cause serious aggravation for all.

I brought my car in to get my speaker fixed that went out. Picked my car up 2 days later and my speaker still is broken

The repairs were excellent. However, I was a little dissapointed with the lack of EV charge on my vehicle with a know pick up time. It also would've been nice to have a quick wash on the vehicle.
