Randy Wise
Dealer Owner
Randy Wise has spent his entire professional career in the automotive industry. Growing up in Waterford, it was a business that always appealed to him. Upon graduating from the University of Michigan in 1970, he began his career in the auto industry with a wonderful working relationship with Al Serra. In 1989, he took over his first store in Flint with Chevrolet. Randy has been instrumental in over 50 local and national charities such as Easter Seals, The United Way, Athena International, Fenton Community Center and Hurley Hospital. He has made a strong commitment to improving the Flint area, working with numerous schools in the county. In addition, he is a significant contributor to The University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Professionally, Randy was recognized with the Time Quality Dealer of the Year in 2012, served as the president of the Michigan Automobile Dealers Association in 2014, and currently serves the association as a Director-At-Large. People, attitude and fun are what truly make this business work, according to Randy. Once you have the right people with the right attitude, everything else falls into place. No company ever succeeded on negativity, and Randy constantly pushes this message across all of his dealerships. Due to his commitment to youth, his community and his profession, Northwood University presented the Dealer Education Award to Randy in 2019.
Chris Wise
Vice President
Chris Wise, a Grand Blanc native, earned his degree from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business in 2000. He began his career in investment banking in Chicago before returning to Michigan to join Randy Wise and complete the National Automobile Dealer Academy in 2005. With extensive experience across all areas of dealership operations, Chris has held leadership roles managing Lincoln/Hyundai, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep & RAM, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Randy Wise Toyota locations. Today, he serves as Vice President of the Randy Wise Automotive Group, overseeing strategic initiatives and operational excellence across the organization. A committed community leader, Chris currently serves on the board of the United Way of Genesee County and has previously served on the boards of the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Flint and the Flint Cultural Center Corporation.
Larry White
Executive Manager
With over 40 years in the automotive industry, I’ve built my career across every department. Starting as a Parts Driver, I advanced through roles including Parts Counter, Service Advisor, Sales & Leasing Manager, Finance Manager, and General Sales Manager. After completing the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) Dealer Academy, I was promoted to General Manager, a role I’ve proudly held for the past 30 years. I’m passionate about the automotive business and take pride in helping customers find the right vehicle solutions while building strong teams that deliver exceptional service and results.
Sean Misko
Sales Manager
I have worked with the Randy Wise Team since May 2019. I love that the Wises put family before all! I have been married to my wife, Kelly since 1991. Together we have two children. Outside of work I am passionate about becoming the best person, father, & husband I can be. I also enjoy golfing, watching movies and spending time with family & friends.
Tyler Boike
Sales Manager
With 13 years in the automotive industry, I truly enjoy being part of a constantly changing business that gives me the opportunity to meet new people every day. I’m married to my wife, Katie, and together we have four amazing children. As a family, we love going on vacations, spending time watching our kids excel in sports, and making memories with family and friends. Family is at the center of everything we do, and I enjoy bringing that same family-focused approach to helping our customers find the right vehicle to fit their lifestyle and needs.
Walker Hayes
Pre-Owned Sales Manager
With 14 years of experience in the automotive industry, I’ve always enjoyed the fast-paced and ever-changing nature of the car business. There are so many moving parts that have to align to make a deal come together, and I find great satisfaction in helping customers find the perfect vehicle to fit their needs. I have a beautiful wife, along with a beautiful daughter and son who mean everything to me. In my free time I enjoy golfing, taking trips with my family, and regularly attending church.
Josh Stead
Asst. Pre-Owned Sales Manager
With 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, I’ve had the opportunity to grow through multiple roles, including Sales, Finance, and now as a Pre-Owned Assistant Manager. What I enjoy most about the car business is that every day is different. I love the challenge it brings and, most importantly, seeing the smiles on customers’ faces when they drive away in the vehicle they’ve always wanted. I am married and a proud father of three children. In my free time, I enjoy golfing, bowling, hunting, and working on my farm whenever I get the chance.
Kathy Bliss
Controller
I’ve been part of the automotive industry for 30 years as of March 5, 2026. I started my career as a biller, typing deals, and from there I learned every desk in the office. That knowledge helped me earn the position I hold today. The car business has given me the opportunity to grow professionally while constantly challenging me in new ways. I love that it’s fast-paced, ever-changing, and that no two days are ever the same. Outside of work my husband, Joe Bliss, and I together have a blended family with three children. In 2025, we were thrilled to welcome our first grandson to the family. In my free time, I’m an avid reader, enjoy spending time at the gym, and love supporting my daughter as she competes in equestrian events.
Shayna Hackney
Finance Manager
I have worked with the Randy Wise Automotive Team since September of 2019. The best part about being here is the fun, friendly environment! Outside of work I enjoy traveling with my husband, reading books or watching movies and spending time with my friends and family.
David Wilhelm
Finance Manager
With 10 years of experience in Automotive Finance, I truly enjoy working with every customer and helping guide them through the entire sales process. This ranges from ensuring they are in the right vehicle and comfortable with their purchase, to helping them make the best financial decision and protecting their investment. Outside of work, I’m a proud full-time father of four incredible young ladies. We live locally in Linden on Lobdell Lake. In my free time during the warmer months, I enjoy gardening, cooking, entertaining family and friends, boating, golfing, and traveling. Most of all, I value spending quality time with good family and friends.
Jean Oskey

I have worked with Randy Wise since August 2009. Having owners that are very hands on & involved within their teams is the best! Being a part of a family, friendly work environment has been incredible. I have been married to my husband, Brad since February 1988 and together we have two daughters and four grandchildren. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family. I also enjoy spending my downtime reading & kayaking.

I’ve been part of the automotive industry for nearly 20 years. I started my career as a parts driver and have truly enjoyed the journey every step of the way. One of the things I value most about the car business is the people. I work with a great team and appreciate the relationship we've built over the years. Family is a big part of my life. My wife, Alicia, and I have a wonderful little family with our daughter, Eleanor, and our son, Lane. Outside of work, I enjoy spending as much time with them as possible. Whether that’s camping, playing with the kids, or relaxing together watching movies, family time is a high priority in our home. What I enjoy most about the car business is the opportunity to help people and make their day a little better. I take pride in bringing a positive attitude to everything I do. We always put our best foot forward and do our best to put a smile on our customers' faces.

I have worked with the Randy Wise Team since December 2013. The everyday challenge & the family environment with the Randy Wise Team are great! I have been married to my wife Gerry since 1981 and together we have 6 children and 9 grandchildren. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my grandchildren and golfing!
